Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our policy is designed to be as clear and straightforward as possible.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Proof of Purchase: Items must have been purchased directly from our official store.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Exclusions: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

2. Fees & Shipping

  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover processing and inventory costs.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or failure to claim the delivery from the courier, the customer will be responsible for:

    1. The original shipping cost.

    2. Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

    3. The 5% restocking fee.

3. The Return Process

  1. Request: Log in to your account, go to the 'Orders' section, and submit a return request for the specific item.

  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed shipping instructions via email.

  3. Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. Credit: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us immediately.

  • After Shipment: If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the standard return process outlined above.
