We offer reliable shipping options including DHL or NZ Post (Tracked). Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local postal conditions.

2. Shipping Restrictions
Before ordering, please review the following product-specific restrictions:

Honey Products (Over 2kg): Cannot be shipped to China or the European Union.

General Honey Restrictions: We are unable to ship honey and certain related products to the following countries:

Cambodia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Vietnam, Germany, UK, Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Egypt, Mexico, USA.

3. Customs & Import Regulations
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with their country’s import laws.

Duties & Taxes: All customs duties, taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Prepaid Service: We offer a prepaid duty & tax service for eligible countries, allowing for a smoother delivery process.

Customs Issues: NZGIFT is not responsible for orders held, delayed, or rejected by customs.

Returns due to Customs: If an item is returned to us in original condition due to customs issues, we will refund the product value only (shipping fees are non-refundable). Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned goods.
